Kamal Associates was founded by Pulkit’s father over two decades ago and now Pulkit, one of the innovative and youngest businessmen, is taking it to another level. This interest turned into passion and Pulkit became the most innovative as well as the youngest businessman and took his fathers business on another level.

Recently, Pulkit has announced a huge incentive for the home buyers and through Kamal Associates, he helps buyers to arrange for up to 100% loans as per the selected property that usually ranges between 1BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK. Every year, the company successfully delivers 500–700 units to their clients.

With the mission and vision to provide affordable homes and offices to the buyers, they want to expand beyond Delhi and NCR and Pulkit is working hard to and continue to build up the clientele. He is propagating his ideas, plannings and even hiring using social media platforms. There is a story that tells that Pulkit believes in intelligence over educational qualification or resume, as one day he noticed an office boy working at Kamal Associates, whose main job was like a peon serving tea or bringing lunch for the employees. Pulkit noticed the guy showing interest and a good sense for property business, and he immediately hired him to work as a broker and now that guy is riding a Rs 2 lakh bike.

Being 28 years old, Pulkit is having great experience and skills, all of his employees, as well as clients, are very much satisfied with his work. He said that his main inspiration is his father and he has learnt many things from him. As one should never stop learning, Pulkit also learns and grabs learning from his employees as well.
